My hubby was well impressed, and he gave it an 8 out of 10, and he's a picky sod lol.
Really easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly, but I put the potato patties in the fridge on a plate for 10 minutes before frying, just to make them not fall apart, and it worked. The poached egg really topped it all off lovely.
Will definitely be making this again regularly. Thankyou so much for the recipe 😊👍💜
