These were so good! I had read a lot of comments about the sweetness/amount of honey, so I used less of it and did not use coconut. I also used golden raisins because that's what I had on hand.
I read that some people had trouble rolling them because of the stickiness. Same here. It was a mess! So I used the same trick I do for mixing meatloaf and wore nitrile gloves. That made it much easier. These are a new favorite.
