A great recipe for when you're looking for cheap, easy, flavorful, and healthy!
We're not total health nuts, but try to incorporate regular healthy meals into our rotation. This was a big winner for that. It came together super quickly, and the sauce was better than I was expecting by a lot. It was something I'd make even on nights I'm not trying to focus on health.
With the sauce, I'd say it's a bit tangy with a lot of good umami flavor!
