This is SBUX pumpkin loaf, but better!! This will be my go to recipe for pumpkin bread going forward.
A couple adjustments:
- Had to bake 15 mins longer than recommended time. This could be because I have a gas oven.
- I subbed the fresh nutmeg for ground 1:1.
- I can only guess, but the quality of your oil, maple syrup, and butter will make a big difference.
I might try swapping out the pumpkin for butternut squash or sweet potato 😋
