I followed the previous reviews and added about 1 tsp salt to the chicken meatballs and to taste with the noodles. I made the meatballs around 1 TBSP. I think that the meatballs had excellent flavor. I also used 3tbsp shredded/minced onion because I didn’t have onion powder. I added a bit more panko since the onion added some moisture. I agree that the noodles were a bit bland, but the salt helped. Not kid friendly with the cayenne and red pepper flakes.
