I decided to put it in a casserole dish after cooking as the recipe stated and baked it in the oven (350° for about 15 minutes.) I also added more shredded cheese in the last 5 mins and let that brown. I used a mixture of Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Provolone. We like the zucchini a little softer, so the extra baking turned out well! It is very tasty, and even though I only made 1/2 the recipe, I have PLENTY! If I make it again, I will still halve the recipe and possibly use fewer zucchini. There is a lot!
