It was extremely tasty and easy. Coming from a very novice home cook. I took others' advice regarding halving the Sriracha for the sauce and substituting ketchup. I regularly eat very spicy, habenero and jalapeño are friends of mine. But that full portion of Sriracha would have been a bit much for me.
The batter stuck together wonderfully, and I just used a baking sheet with wax paper. Sticking was not an issue at all.
