I did a couple different things, using more broth and cream cheese instead of sour cream, extra beans, tenderloins chopped instead of whole breast shredded, can of diced jalapeños, but otherwise followed the recipe pretty closely. I like it and being gluten-free, my boyfriend can have it as well! Overall, it's extremely tasty! I also freshly crushed my coriander for the added flavor.
