Wowww it was soooo good. I didn’t have parsley, and I added sun dried tomato paste, basil paste and an Italian herb blend paste, in both the egg blend and the meat blend later. I didn’t use the chili sauce because I like less sweet, just did some spicy mustard and a bit of maple. The recipe is exceptional. I didn’t know meatloaf could be that good.

agreed! It was delish, easy to adapt to specific tastes. I took a lot of the sugary stuff out and replaced with spicy sauces.
