I made this recipe but amended a few things. Just because I don't enjoy cauliflower that much, I ended up adding steamed Broccoli. I added some chicken bones to the stew to add more flavor. Instead of dried mint, I used 2 fresh pieces.
I also cooked the chicken with the garlic and onions to add more flavor throughout. Emulsifying it halfway through added some nice thickening, and this would be great as an addition to some pasta as well. Very yummy.
