Perfectly delicious. I liked having the bechamel sauce in place of ricotta. I made this recipe exactly. I don't make lasagna often, maybe once a year. But this will be my recipe going forward. Using lasagne pasta sheets from Italy, no need to precook them. Next time, I would add some sage, oregano, and garlic to the ragu. Served with homemade garlic bread and a simple salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
