I would half bread crumbs if it's smaller pork chops. Also added extra garlic salt in place of celery salt. Other than that, it was delicious!

Our butcher cuts his chops 1 inch thick, and yet they cooked perfectly. And I always use plenty of garlic powder instead of garlic salt in almost everything. You would think I'm Italian instead of Irish😎
