Lovely flavours. Doubled paste content and it felt just right. Omitted mango chutney and yogurt, and reduced double cream to 2tbsp per portion, per the slow carb diet. It was delicious. Swapped water for chicken stock for additional flavour. Served with cauliflower rice for a warming and filling but light meal. I'll be batch making and freezing the paste in portions next time, for a quick meal.
