As someone who lives in Brampton Ontario, I’ve had authentic, Indian made Butter Chicken. This is a great, delicious dish! Great flavour. Not overly hot and not overly sweet. It is labour intense but well worth the effort. Because of this, it is definitely going to be a special occasion dish.
