I layered tator tots on the bottom. Used half the milk, same amount of eggs, cut sausage in half added bacon in its place, and added a half chopped onion to it. Added oregano and crushed red pepper for more flavor. Sprinkled more cheese on it the last 5 minutes of baking. Absolutely delicious 😋
