I used a buttered frying pan to cook the chicken, browned the sides on a med-high heat, threw a couple chopped onions in there too. I used smaller cutlets rather than full chicken breasts. I mixed the sauce in a bowl, used 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Cooked the chicken and sauce in the pan on low-med heat for about 10 minutes, covered. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces into a separate bowl, then added the cornstarch dissolved in water to the sauce in the pan, cooked on med-high heat until it was thick, then added the chicken back in. DELICIOUS!!! I made white jasmine rice and put a little butter on it. Went very well together. Maybe broccoli florets would work well in this too.
