The dough was like thick cookie dough. There was no way you could gently swirl in the cinnamon brown sugar mix. I tried my best by putting the mixture on top of the dough and trying to mash it down through. I ended up with a bland, dense, flat loaf with kind of a cinnamon brown sugar top. My husband managed to gag down a couple of slices ( I swear that man can eat anything) with copious amounts of butter. Dry, bland and a waste of ingredients. I've been low carbing for over 20 years. Have cooked/baked professionally for many of those so I am not inexperienced. I can make bread and cakes that people cannot tell are low carb/keto. Anyway I wouldn't bother to try again or to recommend this recipe.
