I'm not sure exactly why, maybe the potatoes?, but the soup came out sweet in the most beautiful day way. This recipe is full of good stuff for your body and soul, and fills you up quickly. Someone I served it to called it "nutrient soup" 😂. play around with the seasoning!, but the core of this soup is wonderful. I think next time I make this soup I'll add some bratwurst to balance out the sweetness. Over all, delicious 🤤
