Made as meal prep for lunches. The dijon and vinegar taste is quite strong, which is fine with me, but may not be everyone's cup of tea. I had packed the cashews separately so they were crunchy and they really brought this meal to the next level.
Edit: I realized when I made it again this week that, when I made this review, I had mistakenly put 1/2 tbsp of dijon instead of 1/2 tsp. I made it correctly this time, and you know what? I was kinda missing the dijon taste from the first batch. I'm probably going to play around with dijon quantities to find my sweet spot.
