It was okay. Sort of bland and definitely quite thick as others mentioned. I ended up adding maybe an extra cup of water to thin it out some & it was still thick. Didn’t have same bite my normal homemade Mac and cheese has. Wouldn’t make again. Very heavy. Took an hour or more to make.
