Enjoyed this. With tweaks. ..haha.
Used a mix of cannellini and butter beans, added some tenderstem broccoli for a bit more greenery [and as I had some that needed using up]. Used more water than recipe calls for - to keep it moist and only added the cheese on top after I'd plated it up which was fine for me. No Aleppo so mixed up some chilli powder, cumin and smoked paprika. Seemed to do the job as it was tasty. Had with oven warmed multigrain sourdough baguette.
