It tastes good, I did not pay enough attention to the sauce and it became thick too fast, other than it worked fine and it was quite easy.
It yet has to be confirmed whether this recipe works for this specific amount and if it is appropriate for a single serving and how to incorporate panko bread crumbs for the recipe, the crumbs were too big and did not stick to the tofu very well. edit this in the tip section if it does work.
