Easy to plan ahead to prep and make cooking time easier on those busy weeknights. Remembering the need for it to sit in the spices and buttermilk for at least an hour is all the planning you really need.
I did reduce the Gochjang sauce by 1T because the family doesn't really like spicy, and Korean spicy is an entirely different level of spicy. I'd also likely reduce longer than 5 minutes next time. Served with rice and broccoli.
