I cut the recipe in half (it made: 16 mini muffins and 8 regular size) because I wasn’t sure my toddler grandson I would like them….I’m happy to say he does!!!! I’ll definitely be making these again, I’m pretty sure he’ll demand I do, lol
Batch 2 (still have the recipe) made 46 mini muffins…..if I had measured I would have gotten 48!
