I seasoned the vegetables separate from the meats so I could cook them longer than them. I did the 400F for 10 min, then stirred the veggies, cooked for another 5 min, then added the seasoned meats. Cooked everything for 8 minutes (had smaller shrimp) then an additional 2 minutes. Came out well! Needed some salt. Would be good with maybe bread or a salad. I also think having popcorn shrimp instead of plain would elevate it and give more of a crunch. Crispy fried onions may also go with it.
