I was a little worried about the amount of seasoning, but it wasn't bad. It has some heat but not too much, IMO. I did have to add more broth and cook the pasta a little longer. My daughter found it grainy, but i didn't really notice that. Notes to myself for next time: move from skillet to pot before adding pasta. Trade fire roasted tomatoes for regular. Half the smoked paprika and replace half with regular. Reduce the thyme. Go heavier with the salt. Maybe add some fresh garlic.
