This was excellent!! I made a couple modifications - I added a thick finger of turmeric, didn't have a pepper, so i used baby corns and some water chestnuts. I had cooked a turkey the night before, so I used tubed leftover chucks instead of ground meat. I also added a scoop of red pepper chili paste and a small spoonful of hot chili oil for a little kick. Just became a new fav! And now I know what I'm doing with Thanksgiving turkey on day 3!!
