¹I want to use pure Organic Stevia (365 Whole Foods Market brand's the best I found) instead of Maple 🍁 Syrup or Honey 🍯. How much would you recommend? I've been struggling to figure this out for my recipes.
²I don't have any Protein Powder(s). Do I need this ingredient? Can I use Powdered Almond Butter (2 tbsp serving: 2g sugar, 5g protein) or Peanut 🥜 Powder (2 tbsp serving: <1g sugar, 6g protein) instead? Since they're both high in protein. How much would you recommend?
