When I made this, I did not use green chiles, lime, cilantro, or cheese just based on personal preference and I made a homemade enchilada sauce, so I did make it slightly different, but I loved it! I added a light sour cream and tortilla chips when served. It made a lot of food and I used it for my lunch meal prep at work and I didn't get sick of it! It was also so easy to make. Will be adding this into my meal prep rotation.
