I reduced the honey amount by half. Something was wrong with the measurements of the corn starch. We tasted it as powder.. don't know why.
Overall, it is not perfect ... i didn't make the chicken as the recipe instructed, i cut it into small pieces then i put it in a bowl with soya sauce, starch, salt, vinegar, and black pepper for half an hour, then i fried it till golden brown after that I made the sauce in the recipe. when it thickened, I added the chicken.. but I would add more garlic, and I would add ginger to make it tastier.
