This recipe is a good jumping off place. I browned some hamburger because I didn’t have sausage, sautéed some green onions in a bit of olive oil, added chopped zucchini, chopped kale and a large can of whole tomatoes, (because there wasn’t enough veggies in the recipe) and about 1/2 box of beef stock. I used the same seasoning as the recipe and 1 packet of gnocchi from Walmart. I broke up the tomatoes with my hands to make large chunks. Then I just dumped the gnocchi into the pot and simmered it for around 7-10 minutes. Topped with shaved Parmesan. It was so good, but it wasn’t ready this recipe.
