Made this for the 3 of us last night, had leftovers today for lunch. Everyone enjoyed it. I did use a microwave rice pouch, and forgot the green onions. I also added some minced garlic to the guac. Hubs and the Daughter put prepared salsa on theirs along with the homemade. They both said this should go into the meal rotation. The only other change I would make is add less lemon to the guac. My avocado was small, my lemon was big. I think even with a larger avocado 1/2 the lemon would be sufficient.
