It tastes pretty good, I used black tahini instead of regular tahini which affected the flavor of my granola, I did not not use the exact same ingredients. I also increased the amount of raisins to compensate for the lack of cranberry I don't think I'd do it again as the raisin flavor is slightly more noticeable than preferred. I burned it a little bit as I let it stay in the oven for longer as I thought there were spots of the tahini/date mixture that were still soft, but it was just raisins
