This is one of our favourite no-oil and sugar-free granola recipes. It makes a huge batch of granola that can be enjoyed for days and days - on smoothies, plant-based yogurts, or as a snack. It's slightly sweet and slightly savoury, and the flavours can be varied up each time depending on the dried fruit or nuts added in. This recipe has been slightly modified from Jenny Mustard’s Super Healthy Granola and is shared with permission.
