All of my family enjoyed this! I added mozzarella (not measured) and a little extra parm. The recommended amount of parm in the recipe did not make the sauce creamy enough in my opinion. I also did not have Italian seasoning, so I tossed in some basil, rosemary, oregano, and parsley (also not measured). It was great. I liked that I could appreciate the flavor of the wine.
