This has become a new (autistic) safe food for me. I enjoy the texture greatly - a mix of smooth, creamy, elastic, and bumpy (from the corn).
The taste is creamy, cheesy, and slightly sweet. It's amazing as a side dish, can be mixed into things (or have things mixed into it), and is delicious as a dip!
