Made recipe, only alteration was demerara sugar instead of brown. Cookies came out very flat, large. Probably would be better letting dough sit. Mixed feelings. Not like the pic at all.
Next morning: cookies still soft in center, crispy. Taste like bakery cookies, not homemade.
