Excellent, delicious cookies. Even my picky husband agreed, he doesn't normally like cookies (I know! what the heck). But he loved these. I made exactly as per recipe, but i used kosher salt instead of fine sea salt. I think they'd be even better with the correct salt but kosher works in a pinch.
