This is great over rice! Good by itself as well. I will say it came out pretty acidic I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or if I did something on my end but still super duper tasty.

yeah i had the same problem with it being sour and acidic, it's because of the combination of tomato and bell pepper, i heard if you add a tiiiiiny bit of sugar to the gravy it'll fix it but to be honest i wouldn't risk it lol :D
