Terrible recipe, definitely written by AI, or at least not tested. Inconsistent writing in the instructions, no mention of vanilla in the cake mix, and not to mention the texture! Also didn't taste like a red velvet cake. I don't know if you can even call this a cake. I would recommend this recipe to only a sworn enemy.
