So good!!!! I did this in the crock pot - browned the chops and caramelized the onions and mushrooms (I added muahrooms). With the chops and veggies in the crock pot, I added the beef broth (increased to 2 C.) 2 T. dijon mustard, and the worcestershire sauce (increased to 1 T.). Once the chops were falling apart, I removed them from the pot and added the cornstarch (slurry mixed with water) and the sour cream to create a gravy. Served this with mashed potatoes and it was a HIT! Definitely adding this to the rotation.
