I have always loved these. I now live in a high-altitude area, so I've had to adjust the recipe a little bit.
I always double this recipe for a 9x13 pan, also. Makes it thicker and way more delicious. So I add a couple for Tbs of flour, a couple more of milk. I put the oven a little bit hotter and had to cook it for about 10 minutes longer. Then I turned off the oven and left it in there for another 5 minutes or so. The bottom was more cooked than I like, so next time I'll cook it for 35 minutes at 230° C, turn off the oven, and then let it sit for 10 minutes.
The sides don't come up like normal for me in my area, not sure why 😅🤷♀️
