Truly is an easy and forgiving recipe! I had my oven temp way too low for the first baking time with the lid on (absent minded) - turned it back up to the right temp and though my mistake definitely affected the bake a bit, it was still great and we ate the whole loaf. I'll add more salt on my next try, too.
