These were SO GOOD. I used raspberry jam, and with 250g of butter (I adjusted the recipe) I got 12 cookies total. For some reason my dough was kinda crumbly so I couldn't really roll it out as it kept breaking, but I tried my best and with my hands and some patience they turned out amazing! Will definitely make them again.
