A couple things: I used coconut curry chickpeas, ended up using half the sweet potato (it said large and this one was huge) and just used the vegetable broth until it got to the right texture, then added the spices. I then used the remaining potatoes as a side. You could easily go overboard with the potato and veggie broth but I think the flavored chickpeas helped a lot too. Ended up really liking it.
