Not crispy, but still delicious. I used an aluminum lined baking sheet, a 12oz bag of frozen cut okra, some olive oil, salt, and pepper. I baked it at 425F for 10 min, flipped, 10 min, flipped, 10 min. (total bake time 30 min.) I didn't dethaw the okra, I baked it right out of freezer. I sprinkled on seasoned salt after baking. It's soft okra but tasty. I had mine with Gardein vegan chicken tenders. I think an air fryer might be a better option for crispy okra, instead of the oven.
