Pretty easy it was my first time making these. PLEASE LISTEN WHEN IT SAYS TO MAKE THEM SMALL!!! I made them too big and they're really sweet so it's hard to actually eat the cookie in one sitting. Also I used cupcake liners and it was no mess and easy :)
