I'd rate it a 7/10. Yummy but a bit challenging to make. I made this as a Christmas dessert for my family and they all loved it! ☺️ However this did take me more than an hour to make, but I also have never made crepes before so this was a first. And my crepes turned out more like pancakes than thin crepes. 😂 Learned a lot while cooking it. My tips: do use nonstick pan, keep pan oiled or buttered between each crepe, use 1/4 cup of batter per crepe and tilt pan to evenly and thinly spread batter in pan, add a splash of milk to batter if batter thickens and it gets harder to evenly spread in pan, I used banana milk and oat flour and it was still really yummy, and finally I did get confused on how to cook or make the apple filling so what I did was use Granny Smith apples and I lightly seasoned my chopped apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and brown sugar, and then I added them to a pan and splashed a bit of banana milk in the bottom and then sauteed the apples until they got soft like apple pie filling. Then the crepes alone were a little plain so I definitely recommend a topping like brown sugar or caramel sauce. Still very yummy! Would make again!
