This was okay. It's basically a higher fiber version of mac and cheese. I would add some greens and sundried tomatoes next time to give it more color. The color was a little off-putting.
The recipe is super easy. My 10 year old did 99% the cooking.
Note: The sauce was pretty runny originally even with only half the broth. We added a couple tbs of flour after the pasta was added in to thicken it up.
