Special occasion

Since I am vegetarian I eliminated the meat but it was still pretty good. Almost tasted like a quiche I will make this again

If you like mushrooms, cook some up until all liquid has evaporated, then add them. They are a tasty addition. As are, sundried tomatoes. 😉
